What do you guys think of Tassie? Not only in a surf way but just in general. Our school recently went to Canberra and we grouped up with some guys from WA and they were bagging us out all the time saying we're in-breds and stuff. Sometimes I feel a lot of hate from the mainland.

Pretty funny but still.

But I was reading the article in this months mag called "the calm before the stern" and I really liked it. Made me feel good and not like we are some far off country.

So what do you guys honestly think of tassie?

personnaly, i love it. its laid back, locals are nice, surfs good (cold water and ya noahs though), and overall a great place. i hear alot of people calling it a "hole" and things like that, but its sick. potatos are great aswell!:)

too busy to go out, plus I live miles away from the beach so can't go out often at all. Luke must've been thinking of me when he wrote the land-locked article.

Anyway i surf everywhere, st helens, coles bay, devonport, lulworth etc. Just wherever i can find waves. Don't really have a local yet as i'm still a rookie.
