I've tried everything but nothing works! As it gets colder the cramps get worse! I don't think the boozing the night before helps either haha:D

Whats your tips for avoiding cramps, particuarlly if it's a mid session cramps (nothing worse while your on the inside with a set on the horizion)

Best Orgasm ever was when I started cramping in the foot! tried to replicate it but never been able to time it right haha!

Nah I've tried stretching never seems to help! I notice it usually happens after 2-3 hours of surfing, particuarly in the Winter.

Magnesium is an interesting one....

i do alot of ocean swimming races and use to cramp up alot. i eat a handful of salted nuts before the race and the salt stops the cramps
