Can't go anywhere these days without running into this breed of so called surfer. Go to my favorite break on the south coast 450kms away and there they are, go north and there they are, go to fucking indo and there they are. They got attitude too - ask em nicely not to drop in and they argue, ask em not to chuck their board and they tell you you don't know what you're talkin about ........... Show respect to locals ....... you gotta be kiddn ...... man they been surfin for 5 minutes and they own it.

You know what i'm talking about ,,,,,.. kooks man, kooks. There's been such an explosion of them in the last 5 years ... and it's due to the proliferation of surf schools ... how about you legends teaching those arse wipes about respect, droppin in, snaking (whoa too hard to understand that one) .. you know you dudes are using the beaches we've surfed at for decades and you teach those dickheads nothin about what surfing is really all about ........ wake up you wankers and teach those arseholes some proper lessons before things get out of control.

That's all I wanna say. The end. I'm drawing a line in the sand so to speak.

Kooks were around before surf schools and will be long after.

Shit I was a kook and still consider myself a kook after 30 odd years of surfing.

Never seen a surf school out in surf over 2 feet or so.

The surf rules I have seen broken by both kooks( who may not know better)
and I have seen guys who rip drop in,snake etc etc( who do know better)..... .....May be guilty of it some times myself...good thing you weren't out in the waves with that Tom Carroll bloke, heard he loves to share waves...

Just saying.......................................

6 ft perfect barrel about to throw with photog in channel waiting to take a once in a lifetime snap of me as I was powering across lining it up. Idiot drops in on top forcing me to straighten or get hit. Idiot wonders why he was chased out of the surf saying "I didn't think he would make it?" As it takes a while to get across to the channel, I think he was ragged out by everyone, locals, non locals and boogs, for fear I might have got to him. They were very right, but this was a shocker, they don't belong in the surf.
