In a clip that somewhat flew under the radar, Owen Wright recently posted a zoomed out, roughly shot instagram post to his profile. What it showed was Owen enjoying a recent session at home on the South Coast of NSW … and he was shredding! It’s a major step forward for Owen and we can’t imagine how good that little tube felt … but we’re guessing possibly as good, if not better than his Cloudbreak bombs. There’s even a tidy little air in the mix.
Although this clip is beyond positive, there is still no-word on a return to competition for Owen, or even the spotlight for that matter. If this is indicative of the recovery Owen is achieving with some solitude, we’re ok with him taking all the time he needs!
