The Mamanuca Group of islands just off the west coast of Fiji’s main island are home to a selection of some of the world’s best and most famous surf breaks including Cloudbreak, Restaurants, Namotu Left & Wilkes Passage that break from small to massive. For less challenging fun waves there are breaks such as Swimming Pools and Tavy Rights so something for all standards of surfers. The region is also home to two of the best-known and most popular specialist surf resorts in the world Tavarua & Namotu.
The heart-shaped island of Tavarua is a lush tropical paradise surrounded by a white sandy beach. Guests stay in one of the 16 private bures each with two queen beds, a day bed, air conditioning, mini-bar, and a large veranda overlooking the beach for relaxing. The bar/restaurant has an epic view over the swimming pool, across the lagoon to the reef and the famed left at Restaurants peeling away. All meals are served buffet style, all you can eat of a variety of local and western dishes. Unlimited boat transfers to the surf breaks are included – our experienced local guides will help guests decide which breaks are the best each day.
Tavarua packages are for 7 nights, Saturday to Saturday, and are inclusive of accommodation, meals, resort facilities & equipment and all surf transfers to the local breaks.
