At first light this morning, as the WSL wrangled with executing their shift to Kirra and plugging in the all important Jeep Leaderboard, the rising sun revealed the wave to be doing something very special.
The swell had arrived in a big way, the call to move on the money. Snapper was huge and washing through, pretty much incontestable. However, further down the line at Kirra, top-to-bottom tubes rifled down the point.
As the WSL wrangled with cables, a group of pros and punters wasted no time in hitting the lineup and they feasted on some mind-blowing waves.
