Mental Health is an issue that affects everyone. If you haven’t suffered from a mental illness then chances are you know someone who has. As surfers we understand that riding waves is the ultimate defence mechanism against the blues, but not everyone is fortunate enough to be aware of surfing’s holistic healing properties.
The crew from One Wave have recently launched a crowd-funding campaign, which aims to ensure people suffering from mental illness get access to salt-water therapy.
