While Kelly may still be chasing the kids around the WCT playground, Mick and Joel are content to go wave for wave behind the rock at home, in between the odd swell strike to far away places. When the perfect alchemy of sand, wind and swell combined to produce throttling Snapper Rocks funnels earlier in the week, Mick and Joel were the obvious stand-outs. They may no longer be on tour, but when it comes to world-class tube riding it rarely gets any better than this.
