It was as a grom while watching Rusty’s seminal early 90s flick No Thrills for the Cautious that my ears first had the pleasure of hearing Social Distortion. Their track So Far Away backed the epic opening sequence perfectly and I was hooked.
Another thing I’m very fond of is the rail work of young Conner Coffin.
Here in this clip, Social Distortion provide the backing tunes as Conner gets busy destroying a bunch of waves during free surfs captured during the first half of this year's tour.
