Jamie O’ enjoys 80s Send-Ups and Chocolate Soup

Meanwhile Koa Rothman and the crew hit the bag and lap the island.

The North Shore is not always good in the winter, which means you have to think lateral if you want to have fun. Jamie O’ and the crew raided the 80s dress up chest then surfed a crazy cross wave when the swell got ugly and ginormous. Meanwhile Koa Rothman and his posse hit the boxing gym and drove round the island looking for surf as sand whipped their windows and the Palm trees threatened to blow over.

Who has the better web series? Is this where surfing’s future battles will be fought out ? The Coffin brothers, Connor and Parker, are set to release their episodic take on their travels soon and you can expect to see more of these series popping up on you tube and vimeo as other surfers go to school on the success of Koa and Jamie O’. It’s all about keeping those fans and sponsors happy and hopefully having fun doing it.
