Mick Fanning’s Irish Crossroads

Mick Fanning heads back to his roots in order to make a big decision.

It was toward the end of 2015 that Mick Fanning made a decision to take a sabbatical from the 2016 tour. Something wasn’t right. Burned out and facing a range of personal issues, Mick simply needed some time. Time to be himself and reflect. 

Now as the 2017 World Tour draws near, Mick has to make a decision. Will he rejoin or not. To get some clarity, Mick recently headed back to his roots, which lay with his family history in Ireland.

The following was recorded during that trip.
