“I have this problem with not letting a forecast go, explains Nate Zoller. “From the time a swell comes onto my radar until the last set breaks my mind wanders through a maze of untapped fortune.”
When Nate recently spied a hurricane spinning off Cabo, his mind went into overdrive and he made sure he was going to be there to reap the rewards. This included some hearty stand up beachbreak pits, followed by the zippering perfection of the Mexican pointbreak.
Not done yet, Nate was soon bound for the other side of the planet in Ireland. Throwing on the required thick rubber and dealing with a whole new ballgame of trying to score in one of the surf world’s trickiest locations. Seems he did alright though!
