It’s a big winter on the North Shore for team Billabong. Mainly because it’s the last tour of duty for their marquee team member Joel Parkinson. And he’s done a damn fine job of it so far, Icing the Hawaiian Pro at Heliewa and awaiting his fourth round heat at his beloved Sunset. Can he get the Triple Crown? We bloody hope so!
It’s also big because one of their youngest riders, Hawaiian Seth Moniz has cracked the tour and is doing damage on the North Shore, and is set to do more once he pulls on the singlet at Snapper.
